In this powerful discussion, Alex Murphy and Paul Klein share what so many couples experience — repeated heartbreak without clear answers. After unsuccessful attempts to conceive and a failed IVF cycle, Alex & Paul questioned the diagnosis of “unexplained infertility” and paused further rounds of IVF to understand why pregnancy was not progressing. Through specialized Fertilysis testing, results revealed immune-related genetic factors affecting embryo implantation, alongside elevated sperm DNA fragmentation. By reviewing these findings in the context of their medical history, we identified immune issues contributed to implantation failure and early pregnancy loss, despite routine fertility tests appearing normal.
