Simply visit our website, select the FERTILYSIS test that best suits your needs, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, our team will swiftly prepare your personalized FERTILYSIS box. Expect your package to be delivered to you within 1-4 days.

Your Fertilysis Box includes everyhting you need for collecting your samples. When you're ready, simply visit our website to submit your pick-up request at least 2 days before your preferred date. We take care of all arrangements for pick-up, using specialized DHL Express courier service. Your only involvement will be handing the box over to the courier.

In just a few days you will receive your test report along with a short diagnosis of the problem. We will let you know if your results are of clinical significance and of how much, and whether you need to proceed with treatment(s) or not. For personalized support, we offer follow-up online consultations at a fee, where we can discuss your results, provide clinical advice, prescribe treatments, and plan next steps together.
